Bookings and Orders
By placing a booking or order with Marjuan Sourcing and Logistics Incorporated, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize the Company to source, manage and ship products on your behalf. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation of their availability. Pricing and availability are subject to change, without notice
Liability
The Company acts as a sourcing and logistics intermediary. While we ensure due diligence in sourcing and inspection, we are not liable for manufacturing defects, delays due to customs or carriers, or any damage caused during shipping. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We do not assume liability for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages related to our services.
User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information, including addresses and product descriptions, is correct at the time of the order. Customers must comply with the import/export laws of their respective countries.
Changes to Bookings
Any changes to the bookings must be communicated in writing within 24 hours of order confirmation. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline change requests based on the order status and feasibility.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through an appointed mediator.
Booking Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hrs of order confirmation for a full refund. After this period, orders may have already been processed and shipped, making cancellations or changes difficult.
Refunds
If products arrive damaged or not as described, customers should notify us within seven days of receipt with supporting evidence (photos, descriptions). We will investigate promptly and, if the claim is valid, offer a suitable replacement, store credit, or refund, subject to review and agreement. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot offer refunds for issues outside our control, such as customs holds, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or delays caused by external carriers. Customized or special orders may not be eligible for refunds.

This policy may be updated as needed, and revised versions will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes an acceptance of these changes.
